My journey into the world of saunas began during a challenging time. After my dad passed away from Alzheimer’s, I sought comfort not at the bottom of a bottle, but amidst the soothing heat of a sauna. Instead of drowning my sorrows, I chose to sweat them out—and it was transformative. Saunas became more than just a place to unwind; they became a space where I could forge deep connections with others who shared my quest for a healthier way of living.
From the Twin Cities to the Mile High City
Living in the Twin Cities, I was immersed in a community that embraced the holistic benefits of regular sauna use. When I moved to Denver, I was surprised to find that the local sauna scene didn’t quite match what I had grown to love. I saw an opportunity not just to introduce high-quality mobile saunas but to cultivate a community centered around health and genuine human connection.
